In Search of an MSR Who Stands Out From the Pack

You play an important role; ensuring members’ experiences are pleasant and stress-free. The Technical Stuff
Fundamental responsibilities revolve around creating entertaining, clean, and safe experiences. When members call, yours will be the first voice they hear. When Members Visit, Your Face Will be the First Face They See. 

Our retail and reception areas also leave a great impression. So, you will keep things tidy. Make reservations. Complete retail transactions. Use your effervescent personality to “upsell” services. 

The ideal MSR candidate has the following skills and experience: 

  • One to three years of retail, customer service, or sales experience
  • Is articulate
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comfortable around dogs - big and small
  • POS, sales systems
  • Independent decision-making
  • Critical thinking 
  • Multitasking and Prioritizing
  • Ability to serve independently or as a team player
  • A “roll up your sleeves” attitude to get things done
  • Prepared to take the good with the bad - like people, dogs poop, and pee
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry 20 lbs or more as needed and stand for the full shift

So, MSRs aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Big ideas are welcome – Divas are not!
