PUPS Pet Club is looking for upbeat, energetic pet lovers with a knack for sales! We are seeking Member Account Representatives to join our team of highly motivated and energetic individuals, with strong sales and negotiation skills to introduce and market our pet care services over the phone. This position will be responsible for generating new business revenue with the qualified leads provided by the company.

Daily Responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients
  • Perform sales activities, such as phone calls and emails at a large volume (no cold- calling)
  • Strategize to deliver on daily and monthly goals by planning, controlling and following up on all aspects of a sale
  • Be a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections
  • Accurately and thoroughly update records in Salesforce CRM system
  • Perform administrative activities such as client bookings and general account administration

Requirements:

  • Experience in making outbound calls, customer interaction and follow up with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer systems, experience using Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Strong desire to learn inside sales
  • Must be coachable, and a quick study
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

This position is $15/hour base plus commissions.
